3 layers of chocolate tart with ice cream

We were privileged to get one serving each, which was really so generous of our hosts! Was excited to try this as it looked really pretty. However, it was slightly disappointing as my ice cream melted too easily and the chocolate tart exterior was a little too hard which made it hard to cut without the pieces flying around my plate.
