I was looking for a place to lunch at Raffles City recently and decided to pop by Sushi Raku, which turned out to be the first outlet of a Hong Kong sushi chain in Singapore.

I ordered Aburi Seafood Don ($22.80) and the seafood was fresh and delicious! I like the variety of seafood and the deep-fried prawn head adds a nice crunch and fragrance to the dish. Overall, I’m pretty impressed with the quality delivered at a wallet-friendly price!
