First off, this dish is perfect for those who hate the hassle of peeling crab meat from the shells, as all the meat is de-shelled and wrapped up inside the bun with the chilli crab sauce! Taste-wise, the sauce is a nice mix of sweet and spicy, and is generously filled with crab meat too! The bun itself has a crusty exterior while the interior is soft and fluffy. Best way to enjoy this is to dip the bun into the chili crab sauce and eat it, definitely a winning combination! Pro tip: the overall taste is even better if you toast the bun, trust me on that!
