With great deals for set meals and quick bites, my favourite vendor participating by far, would have to be Baba Wins’ Peranakan Cuisine. Having a choice between the flavourful Babi Sio or comforting Nonya Meat Potato Stew, both dishes were dripping with genuine warmth. Paired with a plate of steaming rice to soak up all the savoury gravy, the pork belly with its distinct layers of fat was melt-in-your-mouth tender while the homely stew was a simple feel-good dish. A win-wins situation really (haha get it, get it?!), so don't wait and get those coupons!
