Really refreshing and interesting dish! Chewy buckwheat noodles were served in ice cold light broth, topped with cucumbers, radish, beef slices and half a hard boiled egg. I enjoyed the light yet flavorful broth which was ice cold, helping the buckwheat noodle maintain its chewy texture. Portion of noodles were huge and recommended to share as it might get jelak due to the chewiness of the noodles. Good for a warm day or when you are craving a cold bowl of chewy noodles, almost bringing me back to Korea when I had Mul Naengmyeon there too!
