Juicy and tender meats. Not overly hard and very easy to bite. Taste good overall with sufficient "wok hei". Must definitely try their roasted pork and duck meats too. Restaurant located at Joo Koon which is at the very west side of Singapore. Worth a visit if you love cantonese cuisines.
