From ROOST, a Hainanese Chicken centric restaurant that just recently opened its doors at The Centrepoint which prides itself over the use of the Singapore-made iKook machine which automates the cooking process of the Hainanese Chicken served here.

Infusing local flavours into the form of a sushi, these came in a portion of 4 per serving and were pretty fun to have. The rice held up relatively well considering it was the rice from chicken rice, while drizzled with soy sauce for flavour just like how a Unagi Nigri would. The slice of chicken came pretty thinly like how a Unagi Nigri is being served. Overall a pretty interesting way of serving bite-sized version of Chicken Rice.
