GRUB Noodle Bar's beef noodles comes in 2 forms - the soup & dry version. To savor the difference individually, we decided to go for the dry version & boy was that a good choice! We had a go at the Pasture-Fed Rump which came with the soup broth! Though a little tough (maybe slightly overcooked), the soup broth was thick & rich! What I love more was the meatballs that came with the dry noodles! Chewy & cooked just right with a slightly rare center, this beats the swedish meatballs hands down!
