What a bad choice I have made? It was way too jetal. Could not finish it. The stuffing inside the pasta was too dry.

When there are more seafood than there is risotto.

Thin crust, Parma ham, shaved parmigiano.

Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino - the simpler the dish, the easier to discern how good the Chef is, quoting my Italian friend.

Porcini Risotto - My Italian client say it's done just like in Italy.

Carpaccio Di Manzo - raw thin slices of beef tenderloin in a dressing of olive oil and lemon juice, topped with fresh Parmesan cheese and arugula.
