I was amazed by the lovely symphony of sweet, salty, fruity and milky flavour... paired with freshly toasted baguette... it was the only edible dish we had for the meal. (The fried fish was too watery inside, the chicken and the fries was so normal that their flavor were almost forgotten as we leave the place.) A recommendation for this dish would be to add some nuts and other dried berries to enhance its flavour and texture complexity.
