I overheard the staff telling the customer in front of me that the wonton Noodle is “white”. Wasn’t sure what to expect since I’ve always had my wonton noodles in ketchup or in black sauce. Honestly - I didn’t like it at first bite - but the springy noodles mixed with the homemade secret sauce - apparently made with pork bone and lard - grew on me. And speaking of lard - their freshly deep-fried lard was sinfully mmmm....will have to add more during my future visits.

Will also try their Ngoh Hiang too. They looked good!
