You must have the interesting Scotch Egg ($6.90), which is an onsen egg blanketed with a layer of minced meat and finished off with a coating of fried crumbs. Also go for the impressively tender Grilled Pork Jowl ($15.40) or the flavourful Keystone Seaweed Pasta ($8.90) which is mixed with bits of kombu seaweed, fried garlic and sakura ebi.
