The lontong was cooked to perfection and the spices used in the Lontong were well balanced. The vegetables were stewed and cooked just right - soaking up all the beautiful authentic Flavours .
The dollop of homemade sambal nicely adds a sweet and spicy touch to already what I consider as one of the most delectable lontongs I have had in a Long Long time.
