There’s no menu given when you dine here for dinner. How it works is you tell the team if you’re here for the Omakase meal (from RM200), or ala-carte, which is just sushi. You can order by the amount of pieces (5, 6, 8 and more). They don’t tell you what you’re getting but they will ask for dietary restrictions.
All in all, such a simple and wonderful meal, and also loved how the chef treated us with uni! The set comes with a bowl of savoury miso soup filled with clams and a dessert of the day. We got a citrus sorbet – so creamy and refreshing.
