Marutama ramen at Liang Court was the first ramen I ever ate as a broke deprived child and I part of me always yearns for their velvety and creamy chicken baitan soup.

Marutama Ramen w seasoned boiled egg & additional Scallion.

Marutama ramen ($12) with ramen egg ($1.50) and a big piece of char siu 😋 the seaweed, spring onion add a nice touch to the ramen 🍜 any time for this home made noodles in flavourful chicken paitan (white) soup!
