Visited one of my three favourite places for some roasted items, just because I was craving for some authentic HK roast one week after my Surabaya trip.

For S$36 for one whole duck, some might feel that it was overpriced but I find very reasonable.

To find a roasted pork with crispy skin is very common but a juicy one (and I am not talking about the juice from the fat alone).
