The jowl (pork cheek) is luscious and well marbled, and not heavy and 'jelat' like pork belly and is served with sriracha mayo. The deep fried oxtail has tender, fall off the bone meat and bursting with a great beefy flavor; served with a masak merah (spicy red) sauce, it is a meatiness with a good punch of spice! And look at that perfect edge to edge pink of the superbly tender roast beef! My only warning is: you might end up ordering more than one platter.
