When talking about Olivia Restaurant, there's simply no avoiding their cheesecake. Or rather, cheese tart. Imagine my surprise, looking at that molten flowy centre, then biting in and realising it’s cold 😯 but hey it works I ain’t complaining. Exceedingly creamy, smooth, rich, and also excruciatingly addictive urgh. I was a little apprehensive knowing blue cheese is included in the mix (I’m not a fan), but I have to say I didn’t get any pungent notes from this dessert! Instead, a very welcomed tinge of savouriness that, I felt, helped cut through the rich sweet treat. I wanna say it’s the best cheesecake I’ve ever had, but thinking about it it’s actually more of a throwback to all those molten cheese tarts that used to pop up everywhere. And if you hopped onto that trend, you should definitely give this a go.
