#Recipe #食谱:
1 serving of HK noodles
1 1/2 tbsp oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 onion, sliced
1 tbsp shredded ginger
3-4 springs spring onion, cut into sections
Some sliced chicken/pork, marinated w light soya sauce, pepper, sesame oil corn flour
Some prawns

Seasoning:
3/4 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
2 tsp dark soya sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chicken powder
Dash of sesame oil and pepper
75ml water

To serve with:
Some fried shallots
Some chillies

Method:

1) Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles to the water and cook for approximately 2 mins and drain.
2) Add the noodles to some iced water briefly.
3) Strain the noodles well and stir the noodles briefly to prevent them from lumping together. Set aside.
4) Heat up cooking oil in a wok and stir fried the minced garlic. Add sliced pork and stir fried till almost cooked and set aside.
5) Add white parts of the spring onion, shredded ginger and sliced onions.
6) Add in the noodles and seasoning. Use chopsticks to stir fried.
7) When seasoning is reduced, add sliced pork and prawns.
8) Add in the green parts of the spring onion, off flame and serve.
