The popular noodles from Ru Ji Kitchen from Holland Drive is now at Northpoint Yishun, brought to you by biochemist-turned-hawker Joanne and her husband Daniel. I've lots of respect for these next gen hawkers.. Daniel and Joanne actually wakes up at 4am daily πŸ‘πŸ» to mould the fishballs, prepare the sambal and fry the pork lard, before these comes to us in this glorious form.

What you get is these fishballs of percent texture, achieved through a special whisking technique and using 100% pure fish meat. The noodles was al dente and non clumpy, while the sambal was fragrant with the smell from various spices.

And what's not to like? It's only $4.50 in an aircon place. This is taken during a tasting, but I know I'll be back here lots more often cos I hang out at Northpoint pretty frequently. #hawkerheroessg
