Visited their branch at Aperia Mall. Had several dishes from this place, some hits and some misses. Loved the zha jiang mian which was just salty enough without feeling too gelat, and the immortal chicken soup which was clean and light, yet immensely flavourful. Would give the shaoxing soup dumplings and youbu style egg cake a miss though.

Also appreciated the atmospheric background music and friendly service, although food was served rather inconsistently timing-wise. Overall, wouldn’t mind coming back to try other dishes in future since it’s not as common to find places serving Hangzhou/Jiangnan cuisine.
