So there was all this hype about the Red Velvet sometime back which never motivated me to rush out to consume this red cake, until I saw this at the roast chicken restaurant. I usually ingest the Lemon Drizzle here but when somehow, this called out to me when I was standing there waiting to collect my coffee. And it was sooo good!! A tinge of beet root, cocoa undertones and moist cream cheese united in a delightful riot. At $4.50 per slice, I ate it to the last crumb. Definitely returning for more ;)
