Pleasantly surprised with the taste of the "bak kwa"..love that piece of meat

Scallops were nicely seared too..a dish to be recommended if seafood is your weakness

Grabbing some grub before the post-drink #shuteye at @pluck_sg where the Chilean chardonnay flows freely and the Crispy soft shell crab with pungent homemade green curry sauce leaves nothing but a pleasant dreamy taste in the mouth

Other must-tries include the devilish Salted egg wings littered with pork floss and gregarious lashings of homemade salted duck egg yolk sauce

Definitely an underdog where Mod-Sin food is concerned.
