The marriage between our local tzechar dish and the French pastry is surprisingly delicious. Who would have thought they would go so well together? The dimensions of flavour and texture is a complex but a delightful experience : the buttery flaky layers of the crossaint tucked with succulent prawns that were fried with crispy cereal, curry leaves and chilli, a slab of cheese, with a slight drizzle of zesty and sweet mayo. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Madu.
