The fries are generously coated with kombu, served with parmesan and truffle mayonnaise. It was not oily and remained crisp till we emptied the bowl. The taste/smell of truffle was not too strong, subtle enough to keep us going while appreciating the flavours of kombu and parmesan cheese. The accompanying truffle mayo was creamy and a good choice of dip to go with the fries 》$14
