hurray for churro(no -s)! As unbelievably as it sounds, this is just ONE long coil of churro. Look at that presentation! It's it just a work of art?!?! It's my first time coming across ONE churro, served in a coil. Definitely instagrammable, although it somehow also resembled a poop. But oh well, this is the kinda poop I would gladly devour. The fiance brought me here for the food - or rather, for the dessert because he knew I would be swooned over the churro. It's one long churro, dusted with generous servings of sugar and cinnamon - yet not overly sweet in taste. Served with hay's milk cajeta (caramelized goat's milk dip) and chocolate dip along the side, one's supposed to dip the churro (heartbreakingly pinch a part off/ or break it with a fork) into both dips. For someone who isnt a huge fan of goat's milk, the caramelized hay's milk quickly turned into an acquired taste! You can choose to have it without any of the dips too. Love how the churro didnt reek of oil, felt surprisingly light to taste too - the extra crispy exterior and fluffy insides definitely helped!
