It was only So-So, usual. However, the Cha Shu is definitely something different from usual. It had a well balance fat and meat proportion that made it juicy and tender for its texture. The seasoning created a special flavour and produces a unique fragrance when you chew on it.

Worth your calories? Haha definitely but it's slightly pricey. Therefore I gave the rating slightly lower. I manage to get it at staff price. It's probably going to cost $6.00 for the above.
