The Soyo Japanese is a Japanese inspired Hotdog Bun and fared better in my opinion, with spicy mayo, soy glaze, sweet onions and nori blanketing the Kurobuta Pork Sausage which was a lot more juicy and flavourful than its spiced chicken sausage counterpart. Pretty pricey for a bun, but made more affordable with Burpple 1 - 1!⁣
