I'm in love with the coco.

Like a throwback to the dearly missed coconut tarts from my childhood that are rarely found in Singaporean bakeries nowadays -- a swirly mound of toasty, dessicated coconut on a crumbly, buttery crust. This is a fairly large tart and leans toward the sweet side so I recommend sharing unless you're a sugar fiend.
