Not bone marrow per se, but this is actually butter from @TheNomadsSG, a 2 months old restaurant at Far East Square which focuses on Central Asian inspired omakase and dishes.

One of our favourite course, this course is the Nomads Nan with Hunter-Gatherer’s Butter which is a traditional Kazakhstan-style bread. The flour for the bread here is fermented overnight with yogurt, and the piping hot bread is served with seaweed and foie gras flavoured butter, sinfully good.
