marianne tan fry 1 diced onion in olive oil until soft and golden brown. Add some flour, two tablespoons is enough for one onion. Make sure theres enough oil if not the flour can stick to the wok.
Add in milk. Stir to mix the flour and simmer until onion has combined with sauce. I add 2 pieces of Kraft cheese for a quick creamy flavor. Mix well to melt the cheese. Add chopped parsley, and some white wine
or japanese Miri for the sweet taste n flavor:)) season w salt. Blessed Sunday! :D
