Iโ€™ve been here twice in less than a month. The first time I ordered the ๐‘ด๐’†๐’…๐’Š๐’–๐’Ž ๐‘ช๐’๐’‚๐’š๐’‘๐’๐’•($28.80) which serves 3-4 pax and the second time I ordered the ๐‘ท๐’“๐’†๐’Ž๐’Š๐’–๐’Ž 8 ๐‘ฏ๐’†๐’‚๐’… ๐‘จ๐’ƒ๐’‚๐’๐’๐’๐’† ($55). Each pot is served with toppings of pork belly, bits of salted mackerel fish, well-marinated chicken, two types ofย lup cheong, and fresh vegetables. I appreciate how the server helped to add dark soy sauce as I never know how much to add. The portion is very generous and can feed more than 4 pax for light eaters. The chicken inside was succulent and tender (there are a few dry pieces but they were mostly tender). I love the guo ba which is the burnt rice parts. They were crispy and not burnt at all.
