My Mango Feather Cake is now ready! :) Ingredients: 6 Ripe Mangoes (3, diced; 3 cut into strips); Ladyfingers (Broas); All-Purpose Cream (1 box); and Condensed Milk (1 box). How? 1) Mix diced mangoes and condensed milk and simmer for 2 minutes only. Mix and do not let it boil.; 2) After the mixture has cooled down to room temperature, begin the layering. In a pan, layer your Ladyfingers, enough to cover the whole surface, top it with the mixture, all-purpose cream, and mango strips.; 3) Repeat. Spread Ladyfinger crumbs on the last layer; 4) Cover and leave it in the fridge overnight. :-) As promised, here's my Mango Feather Cake recipe.
