My favourite dish of the meal! I really enjoyed the overall flavour, noodles texture and the smell of the truffle wafting into my nose as I slurped the hor fun! The dish had both the normal kuay teow and deep fried crispy kuay teow, topped with 8 Wagyu beef slices and a half boiled egg. Then, you can pour the truffle sauce over the dish to let the noodles soak in the sauce! The truffle sauce was generous, and flavour and smell of the truffle was strong and good! The crispy kuay teow soaked some sauce giving it flavour while maintaining some crispy texture, which I really enjoyed. Beef slices were very soft and flavourful as well, and the egg was mixed in to give a thicker sauce texture.
