Good Ipoh kai see hor fun is hard to come by in Singapore, and after trying Shan Cheng, which we randomly walked in for dinner, we might have found a good version of it here. The silky smooth rice noodles and that orange hue prawn broth are the standouts for this dish, though I would have preferred to have shredded chicken over the chicken strips. The dry handmade noodles and fried platter were decent too, and worth a try if you are around the area.
