The sauce is really a winner which falls more on a sweet side, yet with strong BBQ flavour. Not surprised when this was conquered within 10-15 minutes upon serving 🍽

Last night's seafood indulgence featuring crabs with claws as big as my face.

Since everyone (ok la many people not everyone) is asking me about where this amazing looking crab beehoon is from, here's a post dedicated to its goodness.

Ermaghad biggest crab 🦀 I've seen and definitely one of the nicest chili crab I've had in my life!

Some meats are still best prepared with salt and pepper instead of the usual salted egg yolk.
