Requiring a bit of Dutch courage for one to get past its overtly meaty visage, the dish plays it like a fleshy, leaf-blended mocktail-drenched wonder. A most curious yet strangely satisfying endeavour. 4/5

Specializing in fusion cuisines, The Obelisk serves up rotational menus every few months and this time, they unveiled a new Thai x Spanish menu, drawing inspiration from both countries and incorporated the ingredients and cooking techniques in the dishes.

Spicy Garlic Prawns (baguette, paprika lime, coriander, spring onion, roasted garlic) from The Obelisk, which recently launched its new Thai-Spanish menu (@theobelisksg).

😭 I miss their foie gras kaya toast and their pork jowl already!
