It is pretty similar to the Fried Nam Yee Pork ๅไนณ็ธ่, however, it tastes much better than the Fried Nam Yee Pork, as it is well marinated and serve with a generous portion of crispy fried garlic. I believe it is a perfect snack to pair with a glass of cold beer!
