It's one of those rare moments that I get to eat far from my office! So I tried to make this opportunity worthwhile by having the popular duck rice from Ghim Moh Market.

There'll constantly be a queue of about 10 people but it moves pretty quickly so fret not. The stall offers only duck rice, duck noodle/kway teow and porridge. Also, it only serves braised duck, not roasted.

Why this place is good is because of the juiciness and tenderness of the duck slices which few other places can emulate. The rice grains do not clump together and makes every mouthful, pleasant to eat. One ought to go for the sets, also priced at $3/4/5 which comes with half braised egg, peanuts and bean curd!
