Here is my Char Siu Ajitama Shio Soba ($22.80) which is the ultimate bowl since you'll get everything: 4 tender slices of pork collar char siu and ajitama (flavoured egg). A well balance of Okinawa sea salt and Mongolian rock salt mixed into the light but delightful chicken-seafood blend.
