Eggs benedict is a breakfast classic. Done well, it can be the star of the show but done poorly, it is sadly reminicent of my own failed attempts at poaching eggs. Luckily, Toby's Estate is the former! Perfectly poached eggs with a smooth hollandaise sauce and smoked salmon hiding underneath. The sourdough is fluffy and crispy in all the right places (the menu offers a brioche which the staff happily switched at my request). Wash it all down with an Iced Latte and you've got a top notch breakfast experience!
