We wanted to redeem the 1-for-1 all-star combo deal but were told of an “in-house policy” that 3 diners had to order an additional main course. As we had come all the way here for this restaurant, we accepted this additional term. The food was overall satisfactory but the experience ruined by this issue. This is one of the examples of unseen conditions that Burpple users have raised in reviews of many other establishments, and perhaps one of the reasons we would think hard about whether to renew our Burpple membership once it expires. If Burpple does not rebalance its protection of customer vs restaurant-owner interest, membership may decline in the long run.

There's Deli's kitchen as well. Exact same food but with another rule - you have to make a reservation an hour in advance and inform them that you want to use burpple there. Else you are limited to ala carte menu. Must beware
