Start with lighter bites like The Fuego Guacamole (RM20), Smoked Quail Eggs (RM25) and Grilled Watermelon (RM30) to whet your appetite, before moving on to the very hearty portions of meat — think Braised Beef Back Rib (RM95) with an orange, cider vinegar and honey glaze and Australian Grass Fed Rib-Eye (RM110) with a Cambodian Kampot pepper rub, and red wine and grelot onions sauce. There may not be any tummy space left after all that, but if you must end your dinner on a sweet note, go for their signature Fuego Churros (RM35), which comes with salted caramel espuma.
