My first "scone" ever was the one from Popeyes and from then on biscuit-y on the outside and soft, dense on the inside has been what I look for in good scones!! Of course tasty too.. The ones at Popeyes are decent @1.3$ for one along w Heinz strawberry jam 😛 an affordable scones options
