From now till 23 Oct 2019 (yes, only 1 week), indulge in an epicurean buffet spread of Thai fare at Sheraton Towers Singapore's The Dining Room specially curated by Guest Chef Surasak Pholdeeyiam (Chef Oui) from Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park.

While my eyes darted straight to the colourful desserts, there was a really wide range of authentic Thai dishes such as:

🔸Photo 5: Southern Thai Rice Salad (Khao Yum)
+ many other main courses and desserts. His favourite dish: the flavourful Green Curry Chicken (Gaeng Keow Wan Gai) with rich undertones of coconut milk, paired with some fragrant Jasmine Rice.
