@sinpopobrand did a menu revamp earlier this month and switched up many items while keeping the old favourites. There are quite a few fusion items now and they can be very unique too! Here's what we had:.

The Gula Melaka Tiramisu ($13) is a dessert unique to Sinpopo, with gula melaka agar agar and egg white, topped with house-made sabayon. The gula melaka and coconut were very fragrant and it was a refreshing change from the usual tiramisu.

This was a meal that we really enjoyed and I would want to go back again to try the other new items! Thank you @sinpopobrand for all the food and Wendy for the warm hospitality! 🤗
