Not your conventional western full rack ribs, the ribs at Wild hogs have an Indonesia flavor to it. They come with a complementing sambal like dip that will awaken your palate and put you in a state of food utopia.
The generous bowl of nachos are great too. A bed of corn chips under melted cheese, it comes with guacamole, salsa, sour cream and jalapeños dips. Pair these with the local bintang beer and you are ready for holiday indulging goodness: Bali beach style.
