With the waiting time and the time taken for the food to come, slogans like "bo chup" i.e. don't care and "nua" i.e. feel lazy and don't feel like doing anything, resonate with me. The waiting time for the dessert took about 30 mins and we had to ask for it twice that it was as if the cafe "bo chup" whether our dessert came or not. We "nua"ed as we waited and ended up tired and sleepy after the meal.

Food wise, it was more aesthetically pleasing and you go there for the experience rather than the food. The featured "Ramen" here is probably the most interesting of the lot. Featuring "ramen" strands of chestnut puree hiding chocolate mousse and hazelnut praline, it is topped by a "consommé" of earl grey jelly, sugar biscuit and rock hard white chocolate "egg". Next to it is a square of "tofu" pannacotta, with a pot of rose tea. I'll take the panna cotta tyvm. The rose tea was what we needed to wash down the rich chocolate dessert which got overwhelming after awhile. Best for sharing.
