Wine and cake!

Last night ♥ My version of spanish rice: saute garlic&onion, add ground pork, salt&pepper, chopped tomatoes&bellpepper.

Last night's soup ♥: Pork&mushroom turned vienna-mushroom soup haha: sauteed mushroom and chopped onion, add stock and flour, boil, add carrots and peas and the vienna sausage(heehee).

I cooked on our special day ♡ Baked salmon: salt&pepper, a tbsp of lemon juice, garlic, tomatoes and mushroom.

Beef and parsley in olive oil ♡ used whole wheat penne pasta #cleaneating #burple

Ciabatta sandwich: spread butter, put egg, spam, slice of cheese, tomatoes and onion rings (dip white onion in egg and fry) ♥ #cleaneating #burple

Breakfast: his zaragoza spanish sardines, eggs and mushroom ♥ #cleaneating #burple

Beef tapa: 1) mix in a ziplock bag the sirloin beef, sugar, chopped garlic, pepper, soysauce, a little vinegar, chili-lemon powder and oyster sauce.

Fish 'n chips in my kitchen tonight and tuna pasta!
