4⭐ A new ice cream shop at Hougang River Court BTO. We utilised the 1 for 1 half waffle & drink deal and chose 2 ice cream flavour which are not included in the discount. It's interesting that there's a small scoop of ice cream for tasting hence that's how the shop name Overscoop is derived. The ice cream flavours are rich and WB particularly likes both liquor flavour as he laments that most ice cream shops liquor flavour he ate are quite mild. As for the tea we ordered, it's refillable with hot water.
